Unprofessional. Terrible Customer Service. 0/10 Recommended. My last appointment here (a little while ago now) was with Aiden. I found him to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a bit of a hard time keeping my hands still (due to a medical issue) and I think that upset him. He was visibly upset the entire time he worked on my nails, even aggressively moving my hands in place multiple times. He didn't say a word to me, but would often mumble something in another language to his wife. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable, especially when you are paying a lot of money to get your nails done. Additionally, I found the quality of his work to be mediocre. Prior to this experience, I had my nails done once by his wife and I found her to be okay. After my experience with Aiden, I will never be going back to this salon. 0/10 Recommended!!!!
